„Erneuerbare Energien im Mehrfamilienhaus: Einsatz regional regenerativer Energieträger anstelle von Erdöl für Mehrfamilienwohnanlagen“

The standard of living of Western civilization would not be possible without energy in this form: we need energy, among other things, to prepare our food, to care for the body, to move on and last but not least to heat our houses. The present study shows the example of the mountainous region of Pinzgau, where renewable energy sources can be used not only theoretically, but also practically for multi-family residences. The specific features and climatic conditions (heating degree days, solar irradiation) of the Pinzgau region are first explained in detail. Subsequently, the theoretically available renewable energy sources are investigated: biomass, hydroelectric power, geothermal energy, ambient energy, solar energy and wind energy for electricity generation.

The book makes it clear that from the theoretically available energy sources only three energy carriers are really suitable for multi-family houses in the Pinzgau and in comparable regions..

"Bewertung und Rating von Golfanlagen"

The aim of this study is to expand the thin publication density of the evaluation system with regard to a holistic evaluation system for golf courses. Holistic here means the application of a selected and justified valuation method, including a corresponding qualitative assessment of the property in the form of a real estate rating. In addition, the non-monetary aspect was integrated into the quality assessment of the golf course in order to guarantee a holistic view of the golf property. For this purpose, it was necessary to develop a suitable rating procedure specifically for golf courses. This was done with the help of a corresponding property rating, which was divided into four main criteria (market, location, object building and object golf course) and 49 partial criteria
